Shipping and Handling

AllGoodsDirect.com.au will offer you several shipping methods on the Order Information page at checkout.The goods will be coming from our affiliate company in Shenzhen China. Our three available shipping methods are:

Express Shipping,

DHL china—Delivery time is around 3-5 days

DHL Hongkong—Delivery time is around 4-6 days

Registered airmail Shipping

All orders more than $50 will be shipped by free Registered Airmail, when your order has been dispatched, you will get a tracking number to track your package online. Delivery time is around 15-25working days.

Standard Airmail shipping

All orders less than $50 will be shipped by Standard Airmail for free regardless of destination. However there is no tracking number, and delivery time is around 25-35 working days as usual.

Before we can ship your order, AllGoodsDirect.com.au has to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package items. The duration of preparing your items for shipping and the delivery time is the total time to receive your order.

Before ordering
1. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

All Goods Direct will only ship to the PayPal address due to safety concerns. For people wishing to change their address, please leave the delivery address through a PayPal message

2.How are Tax and Customs duties handled?

At All Goods Direct, no products are taxed. However, customs officials inspect shipping packages at random. All Goods Direct cannot ensure that your package will remain uninspected and the customer will need to pay taxes at the request of authorities. All prices are however inclusive of G.S.T

3. How long does it take for All Goods Direct to process the order?

Your order goes through several steps before it reaches your door.

Step 1 (1-2 business days): The order(s) are double checked by our QC staff.

Step 2 (1-2 business days): The Product(s) are packed and posted to the corresponding courier/shipping agent

Step 3 (5-20 variable days): The Product(s) are en route to the shipping destination via Express or Air mail.

However, due to customs inspection and clearances it may take up to an additional 7 business days to reach the destination.

After Ordering
1.Can I cancel my order?

(A): If your order has not been shipped out, please contact info@allgoodsdirect.com.au for a refund by using the order number given on purchase and your PayPal transaction ID.

(B): If your order already been shipped out, you can refuse it or return it in its original condition (unused and unopened) to us postmarked within 30 calendar days of delivery. In that case we will refund you the payment excluding actual fees already incurred.
