Refund and Returns Policy

This is AllGoodsDirect.com.au Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from our website.

All products can be requested for Return Merchandise Authorization within warranty of return

Products that will NOT be eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us are:

  • Any product not purchased from All Goods Direct.
  • Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
  • Any product from which the posted code has been removed from its packaging
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage that was not caused during delivery.

What are the guarantees that come with the product? How can I get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMAs) from AllGoodsDirect.com.au?

A: Returning DOA (Dead On Arrival) items. Any products malfunctioning on arrival (excluding cases of reckless handling of the product) within 5 days after Express delivery or 30 days after shipment if the delivery date is untraceable is eligible for a replacement and you need to provide us with proof as below: The photos of the original package with the front and back sides and photos or videos showing the malfunctioning of the defective product. Also make sure the item is without any wear and tear. If these requirements are met, return it to us at your convenience and at the lowest cost possible and we will ship a functional replacement to you free of charge.

B: Returning defective items. If your product turns out to be a defective one with physical damage within 90 days from the initial shipping date. The customer can mail the item back in the original package without any wear and tear for a free replacement. However, you will need to provide photos and videos showing the defect(s) of the product.
If the item is damaged within 365 days from the placement of the order, the defective item can be forwarded to a factory for repairs and we will pay to return it back to you. Customers pay the fees that may occur due to customs duties.

C. Returning the wrong item. If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, please contact our customer service team with photos or videos of the different product. Costs involved in returning the wrong product will be handled by you and we will send out the correct product once we have received the one originally sent to you.

D: Returning products you are unsatisfied with. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please report the problem within 5 days of receiving it and return it within 10 days in its original packaging with the receipt for a refund or exchange. If you are not satisfied with the product due to reasons that fall outside of All Goods Direct control then you are obligated to pay shipping costs for the return and replacement.

How to request a return for any product purchased through a deal site, company affiliated with All Goods Direct:

Due to the discounted nature of the product and the involvement of the secondary party ie. the deal company, you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit if you purchased from a deal site or company. You will only be eligible for an exchange if a product is deemed to be faulty or damaged by the All Goods Direct team.

STEP 1.  

Please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of the item via our online contact form or by Contact Us section stating your order number, coupon number and deal site where the item(s) was purchased with details of the problem.

 STEP 2. 

Our Customer Services Team, provided you comply with this returns policy, will then issue a Returns Confirmation. Please send the item to the specified address with the Returns Confirmation specified on the outer packaging. The returns confirmation is valid for seven (7) days so please return the item immediately.

STEP 3.

Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets our conditions, we will provide you with a replacement product.  Extra postal charges may be incurred and must be payable before the product is dispatched. You will be notified of this before the product is sent out to you. This will be done within 7 business days of receiving the item from you.

Important Notes:

1. All Customers should contact our Customer Service e-mail at info@allgoodsdirect.com.au   for a RMA before returning any items. All Goods Direct will not handle any cases with no RMA indication and will not be responsible for any delay caused with no RMA indicated.

2. Please return the items at your convenience and at the lowest cost possible and provide us the tracking number if it is available. If there no tracking number, a copy of the shipping receipt is necessary. If neither of them can be provided, we might have to process the order until the package arrives at our company and recorded in the system which may takes around 1-2 weeks.

3. All Goods Direct staff will email you within 2 or 3 business days when returned packages are received.
Priority will be given to all returned items with RMA numbers and exact descriptions of product problems and they will be processed within 5-10 working days.

4. When you are ready to accept the package shipped by Australia Post, DHL, Fastway couriers etc: 
Please pay attention to the following things:
a: Check the package if it is complete without any damages.
b: Open the box and ensure that all the items ordered are there, in case something is missing.
c: If the package is broken or something is missing, ask the Post service to provide proof and ask them to write down what happened on the way. If the package arrived and is empty, please refuse it and ask them to send it back to us. All returns can be sent to PO BOX 73 Roseville NSW 2069

d: From the date of shipment if your package is not received with 40 days pleases contact us at info@allgoodsdirect.com.au  

Return steps: 

1. Contact us via email at: info@allgoodsdirect.com.au  to get RMA Authorization and return address details

2. Ship the return goods after you get the RMA authorization.

Once you ship returned goods, please note the return item must be with original packing, accessories and shipping, together with RMA authorization.
Note: please offer tracking number for return shipment. AllGoodsDirect.com.au won’t take any responsibility for any missing return shipment.

3. Get the replacement or Refund.

 AllGoodsDirect.com.au will arrange for resend or refund upon receiving your return package within 1-3 business days.
