1. What payment methods do All Goods Direct accept?
We accept PayPal (Visa, Master card and bank account). This payment method is user-friendly, highly secured and extremely efficient. Please visit here how PayPal works.
2. How long does payment processing take?
Payment processing will only begin once we have received all your details. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, then the order will processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in New South Wales. Payments received will be processed when the “SUBMIT MY ORDER” button is pressed. You will then receive an email confirmation indicating the order status.
3. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
All Goods Direct employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for its transactions online. Therefore it is safe to use your credit card online as long as the customer takes the standard precautions.
All Goods Direct will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.
4. Why would I be asked to provide All Goods Direct with further details to process my payment?
When you make a payment by PayPal you may be sent an email from our Fraud Prevention Officer requesting further information, such as a copy of your credit card and drivers license for identification.
After verification this information will be destroyed. In this case, until your order has passed internal Fraud Prevention procedure checks, your order will remain on Pending status. If you do not provide the requested information within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded back to the method in which you paid. These information requests are sent to help protect PayPal account holders from online Fraud.
